Excellent service by Roxy. She researched for me and made me a fantastic sale price on an above ground pool. Staff were all helpful, not pushy, communicated well with answers to all my inquires.

The only thing I can say, is what great service from these guys. I've visited other pool supply stores on the island in the past and always left feeling like I was bothering them, I get it, you don't like your job so you treat customers poorly. But, the Royal pool guys were very cool and shared aloha. I had a list of things I was supposed to buy and totally forgot to purchase 4 gallons of liquid chlorine for my ailing pool. They remembered that I was going need to get my pool back in check and they gave me a call. I was already almost home to Waikoloa and told them I would have to make a special trip in tomorrow to pick it up. Jeff, said no worries, I can drop it off to in a couple hours. Absolutely awesome customer service Jeff. You guys just gained a new customer and I'll refer you to all my pool having clients and friends. Keep up the good work

I wish all contractors were as dependable. They quickly diagnosed my problem (a dead electric pool heater), ordered a replacement and delivered it exactly within the predicted time frame, completed the installation exactly when they said they would, and returned the very next day when I ran into a problem I couldn't resolve for myself and explained clearly to this layman how to handle the fairly complex pool machinery control system. How refreshing.

Big shout out to these guys! I accidentally broke off a part to my chlorinator and got a piece of it also stuck in the intake port. They got the piece free AND had a spare part that worked for me just lying around. Great customer service. I felt much Aloha from them. Mahalo nui loa!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. Had problems with a new pool sweep and they walked me through how to correct the problem. Highly recommend.
